kraft-tex and Stencil Girl Blog Tour

Congratulations to Kathleen H, winner of this giveaway!

Welcome to the Stencil Girl and kraft-tex blog tour! We teamed up with the great team over at Stencil Girl to provide kraft-tex and stencils to ten amazing designers and let them loose to see what they would come up with, and boy did they deliver! Over here at C&T Publishing, our very own Tristan Gallagher, took on the challenge. As she says, "I realize I only needed to do one project, but I couldn't stop and had ideas for all three stencils. Thanks for letting me play!"

Her first project is this stylish tote bag, with the Curvy Stems Stencil on Chocolate kraft-tex. She used a touch of Apple Green for leaves at the end of the drawstring closure strings and free-motion accent stitching around the stencil. There are pockets on inside.

The second project she came up with is this journal cover using the Thorny Stencil on Chocolate kraft-tex with a Magenta binding.

Finally, Tristan stitched up this checkbook cover with the Just Plane Fun Stencil and Stone and Magenta kraft-tex. The free-motion stitched jet stream continues on back.

Be sure to visit all the other blog tour participants, listed below, to see the amazing projects they came up with, too!
