Erin’s love of sewing and design began in elementary school when she graphed the dimensions of her bedroom, which she then proceeded to fill with home decor projects of her own design. By high school she was teaching private sewing lessons and leading DIY projects of all sorts. After graduation, she crisscrossed the country earning degrees in interior design. Today, Erin regularly teaches a variety of workshops, guild events, and summer camps, where she never lets anyone give up on their next creative endeavor. Her work has been published in numerous design magazines, and fabric manufacturers and sewing machine companies who appreciate her clean, efficient projects frequently solicit her designs. When she’s not teaching classes, Erin enjoys working with her home design clients, creating her own line of sewing patterns, cooking with her husband, and napping with the cats.
