Hello! My name is Annette Plog, and I am a new author with C&T Publishing. My first book, True Blue Quilts, was written with all you blue lovers in mind. This book includes fifteen different quilt patterns featuring blue fabrics. Each chapter gives you a bit of history about blue textiles in the 19th century, then shows you how to use those fabrics in reproduction quilts. Some of the quilt projects are easy, and some are more challenging. I really love a scrappy quilt, and the simple block patterns let the fabrics shine! The quilt patterns in True Blue Quilts are shown using reproductions fabrics, but would also look great in modern or contemporary fabrics.
