"One of the growing number of books encouraging us to experiment with new techniques. We are invited to 'play with images,' using a digital camera, an inkjet printer and pre-treated fabric. We are told it is imposisble to beak anything in this combination of 'soft and high tech' and to always carry a camera. The processes are explained clearly from fabrics for printing, avoiding jamming the printer, to enlarging, cropping and layering images. The 13 projects start with simple images, with instructions on constructing and assembling the quilts. The Gallery has amazing quilts. I liked a quilt made with motifs created by finger painting.
