Business-to-Business Shipping

 

All sales are in U.S. dollars.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, and PayPal for payment.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout. All sales are final.
Pre-authorized returns will be accepted only for qualifying Program Members and Special Events.
Defective products will be replaced free of charge upon notification within 10 days of receipt.

We normally ship from our warehouse in Concord, California, within 48 hours of receiving your order (processing time). However, delays of 5 to 7 business days or more are possible (if time is of the essence, please contact customer service). Spring Fling and Summer Sizzler Sale orders may take up to 4 to 6 weeks to ship due to the volume of orders we receive.

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING in the U.S. on orders $50 (US DOLLARS) or more

Shipping Methods:

  • FedEx Ground Residential (continental U.S, Hawaii, Alaska.): allow 5-7 business days shipping time.
  • USPS Priority Mail (U.S.): allow 7-10 business days shipping time.
  • USPS First Class International Package: allow 10-21 business days ship time.
  • FedEx International Priority: allow 3-5 business days ship time.

Business-to-Business Shipping

All shipments are FOB-Concord, California. U.S. orders are shipped via UPS Ground service, unless otherwise requested. Contact Customer Service for freight rates and more information about the different shipping methods for Canada.

All sales are final. Pre-authorized returns within 90 days will be accepted only for qualifying Program Members and Special Events. Defective products will be replaced free of charge upon notification within 10 days of receipt.

All major credit cards are accepted for payment at time of order. COD and credit terms are available to qualifying resellers. International orders must be paid with U.S. funds.

UPS Ground-Commercial: Orders typically ship within 48 hours of receipt. Allow 1-6 days transit time within the U.S. In-transit package tracking and delivery confirmation service is available. Call Customer Service for a delivery time estimate for destinations outside the U.S. No residential addresses or P.O. Boxes. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee; contact Customer Service for a rate quote.

USPS Priority Mail: (Available upon request.) Orders typically ship within 48 hours of receipt. Allow 3-5 days transit time within the U.S. Delivery confirmation service is available. Call customer service for a delivery time estimate for destinations outside the U.S. Residential addresses and P.O. Boxes are allowed.

FDX Ground-Commercial: (Available upon request.) Orders typically ship within 48 hours of receipt. Allow 1-6 days transit time within the U.S. In-transit package tracking and delivery confirmation is available. Call customer service for a delivery time estimate for destinations outside the U.S. No residential addresses or P.O. Boxes. UPS-C.O.D.: (Available upon request to authorized resellers.) Orders typically ship within 48 hours of receipt. Allow 1-6 days transit time within the U.S. Please have payment prepared for carrier in advance of delivery. In-transit package tracking and delivery confirmation is available. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: In May 2007, the U.S. Postal Service eliminated International Surface Mail Delivery service (a.k.a. "international surface book rate mail"). Please email customer service at ctinfo@ctpub.com to establish a default shipping option that is most economical for your business.
