Biography:
Franki made her first quilt, a king-size sampler, in 1982. She has been exploring the craft since then on ever-smaller projects. Her current focus on art quilts and experimentation with new techniques and products is satisfied by producing journal pages and fabric postcards.
Franki and her husband, David, live in Oakland, California, where they both enjoy gardening and the companionship of their bichon frise, Mendelssohn.
