We normally ship from our warehouse in Concord, California, within 48 hours of receiving your order. (Delays of up to 5 business days are possible during peak shipping periods.)
All sales are final. Pre-authorized returns will be accepted only for qualifying Program Members and Special Events. Defective products will be replaced free of charge upon notification within 10 days of receipt.

Special ground shipping rate for products under $10.00 ONLY: $3.00 for the first item plus $1.00 for each additional item.

INTERNATIONAL CONSUMER SHIPPING
In May 2007, the U.S. Postal Service eliminated International Surface Mail Delivery service (a.k.a. "international surface book rate mail"). FedEx International Priority is now the most reliable and economical shipping option we can offer our international customers.

Business-to-Business Shipping Information
All shipments are FOB-Concord, California. U.S. orders are shipped via FedEx Ground service, unless otherwise requested. Contact Customer Service for freight rates and more information about the different shipping methods for Canada.
