Page 15 - Clarification to Preparation section
Some foundation patterns* are slightly wider than 8 1/2". When photocopied onto translucent vellum paper, the outside edge of the patterns will not fit on the vellum copy. This will not affect construction of the block. As detailed on page 25, the printed edge of the foundation is never used as a timming guide.

"PDF" denotes files utilizing Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Click on the link to open the file; if they don't open, save the file to disk and open them using Adobe Acrobat Reader. Acrobat Reader is free and commonly included with web browsers or is available for download on Adobe's web site at www.adobe.com. If you are having trouble opening the PDF files, make sure you are using version 7.0 or later of Acrobat Reader.
To Download PDF: MAC users: Press the Option key and click on the file name to save a file to your hard drive. PC users: Right click on the file name and choose "Save target as..." to save a file to your hard drive.
To ensure PDF files print properly:
Open the file in Acrobat Reader and choose File > Print.
(If the Print dialog contains only two pop-up menus and some buttons across the bottom, click the disclosure triangle beside the Printer pop-up menu.)
Choose Paper Handling from the print options pop-up menu.
The Page Scaling dialog box should be set to None.
Click on the Print button at the bottom of the dialog box.
