Vote for art in our schools

In these days of budget cuts and dwindling resources, school art programs are typically among the first to go. The National Art Materials Trade Association Foundation is in the running to get a $250,000 grant from Pepsi, and the idea with the most votes wins. The Foundation's idea is to bring art back into the classroom, and if their idea gets enough votes, they will use the money for grants to provide schools with supplies and skills to teach art to students. Voting runs through the end of December, and you can vote up to three times a day - visit the blog post to see how you can vote for art in our schools! |
